Warranty procedure


Standard warranty
1 year on-site or depot repair (depending on product) and access for the end-user to Xerox telephone Support Centre. 

Extended Warranty - Upgrade the length or level of cover of the standard warranty.
Order those service packs (2 or 3 years) from Dmax/Copaco together with the purchase of your Xerox machine.
You can order a service pack until 90 days after your purchase date.

AOS-contracts
There are customers who do not buy Extended Onsite Service within 90 days. For these customers, there is
still a way to assure peace of mind by ordering an Annual Onsite Service contract from Dmax/Copaco.
