Procedure of DOA: Customer fills in BeNeLux DOA form and follows the instructions on this form. Item will be sent to TOSHIBA for DOA approval. After DOA approval a credit note will be issued for the DOA item. If TOSHIBA refuses DOA the original unit will be back to customer. All DOA units MUST be returned in their ORIGINAL BOXES INCLUDING ALL ACCESSORIES! All DOA units must be in perfect visual condition (no scratched or damaged items will be accepted for DOA procedure).
