All Epson projectors carry a 3 year carry-in warranty.

First call the Epson Helpdesk on +32 70 35 01 20.

Only in case of a DOA, service is done by Dmax, otherwise ARC Belgium will do Rma's.

Epson also guarantees every end-user a lamp warranty for the initial supplied lamp with the products of 90 days or 500 hrs.

For lamps purchased later on Epson guarantees a lamp warranty of 90 days.

Please contact ARC Belgium on +32 2 466 50 00. They will contact DHL to pick up the defective unit.

Epson will repair the defective unit and return it to the end-user once repaired. All tranports involved are free of charge.

The carry-in warranty can be upgraded to an on-site repair warranty. Contact your Reseller or Dmax for the exact conditions.
